摘要
为实现改进型660 MW发电机定子铁路运输,针对新运输端盖结构特征,采取有限元辅助分析手段,进行运输端盖装配研究,保证运输过程安全可靠。合车及运输过程实时监控数据表明,相关设计达到预期目标。
The research of transportation flange assembly for new type 660MW turbo-generator stator developed by HEC with finite element analysis so as to ensure safe and reliable railway transportation is summarized. The real-time monitoring data of combination and transportation process shows that relevant design reaches expected targets.
