医用钛基金属材料表面改性方法的研究进展

摘要 医用钛基金属是一种理想的植入型材料,因其与骨相近似的弹性模量、良好的生物相容性及优良的抗腐蚀性等在临床上得到了越来越广泛的应用,但其也存在耐磨性差以及生物活性较低等很多问题,研究发现,可以采用表面改性的方法来解决钛基金属材料本身的不足之处。对钛基金属表面改性的研究背景进行了介绍,对其表面改性的制备方法进行了详细地阐述,并且对钛基金属表面改性未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 Due to their similar elastic modulus to bone, excellent biocompatibility sion resistance, titanium and its alloys have been an ideal implant metials and wide and high corro- used in clinic. However, the titanium and its alloys have a lot of problems, such as poor wear resistance and low bio- logical activity. It is found that the defects of the material can be improved by the surface modifica- tion. The research background of surface modification of titanium and its alloys is introduced and the preparation methods are amply analyzed. In addition, the development trend of surface modification of titanium and its alloys is expected.
