摘要
针对VPSA制氧机传统手动控制操作繁琐、制氧量低的缺点,设计了一种双罐并联制氧机,它采用PLC进行自动化控制,结合MCGS组态软件的人机界面对整个工艺过程进行监控。对VPSA制氧机的组成、PLC控制器的选用、MCGS组态软件使用等方面进行了研究,并进行了实物实验,实验效果达到设计要求。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional manual control and operation of VPSA oxygenator and the low oxygen production, a double-tank parallel oxygen concentrator is designed. It uses PLC to carry on the automatic control. Combined with the man-machine interface of the MCGS configuration software, it monitors the whole process. In this paper, we study the composition of VPSA oxygen plant, selection of the PLC controller and the application of the MCGS configuration software. A physical experiment is conducted. The experimental results meet the experimental re- quirements.
