棉秆皮制备化纤用浆粕预水解工艺优化的探究

摘要 棉秆皮制备化纤用浆粕的第一道工序为预水解处理,目的是破坏棉秆皮纤维的初生壁,使富含纤维素的次生壁暴露出来,在降低半纤维素含量、提高半料α-纤维素含量的同时提高其化学加工时的反应能力。采用的方法是在高温高压条件下,对棉秆皮原料进行预水解处理。通过正交试验获得预水解处理最优工艺参数为:浴比1∶5、保温时间90 min、保温温度110℃。 Prehydrolysis technology, the first process of using cotton stalk bark to prepare chemical fiber pulp was to destroy the primary wall of cotton bast fibers. The secondary wall which was rich in cellulose was exposed so that the content of hemicellulose was reduced. Furthermore the content of alpha cellulose and the reaction ability of the chemical were improved. The cotton stalk bark was prehydrolyzed under high temperature and high pressure. The optimal process parameters obtained by orthogonal test were: bath ratio 1 : 5, holding time 90 minutes, heat preservation temperature 110℃.
