摘要
对在熔体直纺生产线上生产低缩率涤纶合股网络复合丝(ITY)的工艺进行全面系统分析,研究表明:预取向丝油架位置高于全拉伸丝油架位置、双调节阀侧吹风设计、双网络设计、GR2热辊圈数选择7.5圈,并采取最佳的工艺参数,最终才能生产出优质的低缩率涤纶ITY。
The process of polyester intermingled textured yarn with low-shrinkage by melt direct spinning was analyzed systematically. The results showed that high-quality polyester ITY fiber with low-shrinkage could be produced when oiling position of POY was higher than that of FDY, the control valve of double quench air and two intermingling jets were designed, the GR2 hot roller was 7.5 turns and under some other optimal technology parameters.
