摘要
以聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂为原料,采用复合纺丝技术,制得PPS-PET皮芯复合纤维。对纯PPS纤维和PPS-PET复合纤维分别进行了紫外线照射、热处理和耐酸碱处理,对比了两者处理后的力学性能变化,验证了复合纤维应用的可行性。试验结果表明:PPS-PET皮芯复合纤维的耐热性能略低于PPS纤维;而经过同等强度的紫外光辐照后,PPS-PET皮芯复合纤维的强度保持率是PPS纤维的2倍左右;在试验条件下经过酸、碱浸泡后,PPS-PET皮芯复合纤维的强度保持率与PPS纤维相比未表现出明显差异。性能研究结果表明:通过复合纺丝,PPS纤维的综合性能有所改善。
PPS-PET core-sheath composite fiber was prepared by composite spinning with poly(phenylene sulfide) and poly(ethyelene terephthalate) as the raw materials. The influences of ultraviolet radiation, heat exposure and acid&alkali treatment on the fiber were studied. Mechanical properties of the fiber before and after the treatments had been compared to confirm the feasibility of the fiberJs application. The research showed that the heat resistant property of the composite fiber was slightly lower that than of PPS fiber, after being exposed to same concentration of ultraviolet, the strength retention of the composite fiber was 2 times of PPS fiber, after being separately soaked in certain condition of acid solution and alkali solution, no distinct difference had been detected about the strength retention between composite fiber and PPS fiber. The research showed that the overall properties of the fiber had been improved by the way of composite spinning.
