摘要
ENGO与企业之间的跨部门的环境治理正在经历从面向末端到面向供应链的转型。基于共同的利益和愿景,ENGO通过与核心企业协作,利用核心企业在供应链上的利害关系网络和影响力,将外生压力监督转化为内生治理压力,并向供应链深处传递。经由收集污染信息,寻找供应链信息并定位核心企业,ENGO可根据链式组织结构来选择协作对象和施压策略,从而提升环境治理的有效性。
ENGO's environmental governance is experiencing a transformation from final drive to supply chain-oriented. Based on common interests and vision, by collaborating with core firm and utilizing its network and influence, ENGO transforms the exogenous supervision pressure into the endogenous governance pressure and transmits it to the depth of the supply chain. After the pollution information collecting, supply chain information gathering and the core firm locating, ENGO could choose the firm to collaborate with and the pressure strategy to take according to the chain organization structure, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of environmental governance.
