新媒体的出现极大地增强了公民的话语权,并从网络公共空间的塑造、利益相关群体的重聚和政府公民互动沟通机制创新等方面推动公民利用新媒体参与社会治理。但同时,新媒体助推公民参与社会治理,也面临着公共空间失序,利益群体失控,以及政府协商失信等诸多问题。因此。

New media strengthens discourse power of the building of public space, interest groups citizens, and boosts citizen participation in society governance from and interaction between the official and citizens. Citizen participation was developed well but also faced some problems such as disordered public space, uncontrolled groups of interest, government promise-breaking and the lack of institutions. Therefore, it is much significant to explore the implementation path for citizen participation in society governance in new media era.
