摘要
"多中心"空间体系是应对持续快速城镇化、高密度、连绵发展带来的发展压力的重要手段,而轨道交通与新城的协调建设是构建多中心空间结构的关键。文章选取东京、新加坡、巴黎作为研究个案,分析其空间体系发展的特点,探究轨道交通与新城成长的路径,从空间战略整合、投资建设运营及规划实施与管理等方面进行总结,基于此提出对我国大都市区轨道交通与新城发展的启示,以期为当前的政府决策和规划编制工作提供参考。
Under the influence of rapid urbanization and excessive continuous development, it is an irreversible trend for cities to transform from monocentric structure to multicenter structure, in which the development of rail transit and new town is the prerequisite. This essay chose Tokyo, Singapore and Paris as the cases. We analyzed the features of the multi-center, explored the growth way of the new town and rail transit, and summarized the experience from spatial conformity, investment, construction and operation, planning implementation and management. And then we offered suggestions to the rail transportation guided spatial integration of metropolitan areas and new town development. Finally, a summary will be drawn in the conclusion with some suggestions for the planning work and the decision makers in China.
