新工科建设:强势打造“卓越计划”升级版

New Engineering Disciplines Construction:A Updated Version of “the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineering” with a Strong Effort

作为"卓越计划"的升级版,新工科建设通过调整学科专业建设思路、拓展工程教育改革内涵,从八个方面对"卓越计划"的内涵进行丰富和加强,包括教育教学理念、学科专业结构、学科专业建设、人才培养模式、多方合作教育、实践创新平台、教师队伍建设和人才培养质量等。本文以新工科建设对"卓越计划"的拓展和提升为重点,依次对这八个方面进行讨论和分析并提出相关意见和建议,以期为相关院校开展新工科建设提供参考和借鉴。

As a updated version of ＇the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineering＂ （PE- TOE）, new engineering disciplines （NEDs） construction, by adjusting discipline construction idea and expanding the connotation of engineering education reform, enriches and strengthens PETOE from eight aspects, including the ideas of education and teaching, the structure of the discipline and major, the construction of discipline and major, talent training mode, cooperative education with multi-a- gents, the platform for practice and innovation, teachers team construction and talent training quality, etc. Focusing on the expansion and promotion of PETOE, this paperdiscusses and analyzes the eight aspects in turn and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions, in order to provide the reference for NEDs constructions in relevant high education institutes.
