我国的创新创业教育正进入发展的新阶段。创新创业教育既是践行创新驱动发展战略、服务创新型国家建设的客观需要,也是高等教育应对内外环境变化、实现高等教育综合改革的内在要求。市场的外压力、政府的推动力、高校的内驱力构成了推进高校创新创业教育持续发展的动力。政策法律、资金的有效利用构成了创新创业教育深入开展的外在保障机制。建立并完善创新创业教育学科体系,是激发创新创业教育建立自我发展机制的有效途径,也是创新创业教育可持续发展的内在保障。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education in our country is entering a new stage of develop- ment. It is the need of not only practicing innovation driven development strategy, building an innova- tive nation, but also dealing with internal and external environmental changes of higher education and realizing the internal request of the comprehensive reform of higher education. Outside pressure of markets, the government＇s impetus, internal drive of universities are the power for sustainable devel- opment of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The efficient use of policies, laws and funds constitutes the external guarantee mechanism for deepening the innovation and entrepre- neurship education. Establishing and improving the discipline system of innovation and entrepreneur- ship education is an effective way to inspire innovation and entrepreneurship education to establish self-development mechanism, it is also the internal guarantee for the sustainable development of inno- vation and entrepreneurship education.
