摘要
20世纪90年代中叶奥地利创建的一些应用科学大学是奥地利的一种新型高校,这类学校把立足于实践的应用研究与发展视为学校的一项核心任务。奥地利联邦政府借助"联合倡议建设项目"及对项目动态的管理模式提升了应用科学大学的研究能力,促进科研成果产业化进程。应用科学大学的社会工作专业建构了一个知识传授与能力和素质培养多维互动的教学模式,该专业师生开展的社会工作研究与发展项目,融合了各种社会工作理论,借鉴了其他多个学科的研究范式和归因理论,产生了无形的、难以量化的社会效益。
Universities of Applied Sciences of Austria, established in the middle 1990s, are new type of universities with the focus of application research and development based on practices. The Austria federal government has improved the research capability of Universities of Applied Sciences and promotes their industrialization of scientific research results with the help of "COIN-Aufbau" project and the management mode of projects. The social work major of these universities establishes a multidimensional and interactive teaching mode of knowledge imparting and skills and quality training. Teachers and students of this major carry out research and projects on social work, which integrate various the- ories on social work, draw on research paradigm and attribution from other disciplines, thus bringing intangible social benefits that are hard to quantify.
