小鼠脾脏胚后发育细胞的增殖规律研究

The Cell Proliferation Laws of Spleen During Postembryonic Period in Mice

本试验以健康昆明小鼠为研究对象,研究不同日龄小鼠脾脏胚后发育细胞的增殖规律,以探讨脾脏发育与功能的关系。结果显示:随着小鼠日龄增加,脾脏脏器指数增加,结构日益清晰,支持组织及小梁逐渐增多,分界明显,淋巴滤泡随日龄逐步增大,且与周围组织分界渐清晰,25、50日龄时在红髓与白髓区均可见较多的巨噬细胞。根据组织结构与免疫功能的关系,随着日龄增长,脾脏结构逐步发育成熟,免疫功能迅速增强。

In this experiment, healthy Kunming mice were used to study the cell proliferation laws of the spleen, the relationship between the morphological structure and the immunological function was also discussed. The result showed that during the growth of mice, the structure of spleen was more and more clear, and the supporting tissue and trabecula increased with obvious boundary. The lymph follicles increased gradually and had a clear limit out of the surrounding tissue with the increase of age. There were more macrophages in the red pulp and white pulp area when the mice were 25 and 50 days old. According to the relationship between tissue structure and immune function,with the increase of age of the mice, the spleen structure developed gradually and the immune function increased rapidly.
