摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定熟三七散(三七)中人参皂苷Rb_l、Rd、F_4、Rg_1、20(R)-Rg_3、20(S)-Rg_3、Rg_5、20(R)-Rh_1、20(S)-Rh_1、Rh_4、Rk_1、Rk_3和三七皂苷R1的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长203 nm。结果 13种皂苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率90.01%~108.32%,RSD 0.62%~3.54%。结论该方法灵敏准确,可用于熟三七散的质量控制。
AIM To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenosides Rbl,Rd,F4,Rg1,20(R)-Rg3,20(S)-Rg3,Rg5,20(R)-Rh1,20(S)-Rh1,Rh4,Rk1,Rk3 and notoginsenoside R1 in Shusanqi Powder(processed Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Zorabax-C18column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.RESULTS Thirteen saponins showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r=0.999 5),whose average recoveries were 90.01%-108.32% with the RSDs of 0.62%-3.54%.CONCLUSION This sensitive and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Shusanqi Powder.
