Thirteenth Five New Industry Growth Point: Factors and Direction Judged

在供给与需求结合的多方面因素共同作用下,文化旅游、生物与健康、新一代电子信息、节能环保与新能源、高端装备制造和互联网新业态这六大领域有望成为"十三五"产业新增长点。我国应加强对产业新增长点影响因素分析和科学研判,强化体制机制创新,营造有利于产业新增长点培育的发展环境。

This study constructs a six-factor model which includes changes in market demand,technological progress and application,Competitive Advantage,industry chain upgrading,resource and environmental constraints and institutional mechanisms for change to analyze the factors of new industry growth point,the changes of above factors and influencing factors. Result shows that： under the combined effect of supply and demand,cultural tourism,pension and health industry,new information technology industry,energy saving and environmental protection industry,High-end equipment manufacturing,new format of Internet is expected to become the new industry growth point during the Thirteenth Five period. We should strengthen the impact factor analysis and scientific judgments of new industry growth point,strengthen institutional innovation,and create a new growth point conducive to the development of the industry environment.
