皮下血管瘤-严重脊柱畸形-多发骨溶解一例
Cutaneous hemangioma-severe spinal deformity-multiple osteolysis： One case report
摘要
患者，女，20岁，主诉：发现腰背部血管瘤20年，骨骼畸形12年。
患者为第1胎第1产，足月顺产，出生体重3．1kg，身长不详。出生时发现右腰背部软组织包块，5岁外院曾行手术，因出血量大，肿物未切除，术后诊为血管瘤。8岁时患者出现步态摇摆，逐渐出现脊柱侧弯、身高增长缓慢。
