摘要
技术创新方案评价是技术创新得以实现的基础,论文借助软集的思想,按不同评价主体的要求,首先,从技术创新评价指标中选择不同的参数集表明评价主体的关注角度,体现不同评价主体之间的差异,实现不同的评价结果.接着,采用软集中的uni-int算子实现了双方共贏的目的.文章采用的方法很好地诠释了软集在满意解求取过程中的优势,基于评价过程中参数设置的无约束性,极大地简化了决策和数据处理的过程.文章从已有文献的指标数据出发,实证了该方法的可靠性和科学性.这一思想和方法的提出不仅为软集理论研究提供了新的应用领域,也为技术创新的研究提供了新的思路和方法.
Based on the requirements of different evaluation subjects, this paper selects two groups of different parameters from the technological innovation evaluation indexes to achieve mutual evaluation with the help of the soft set theory, in which the operator uni-int is used to achieve the win-win purpose. The method is very good interpretation of the advantages of the soft set in the process of obtaining satisfactory solution. The parameters are unconstrained in the evaluation process, which greatly simplifies the process of decision making and data processing. The reliability and the validity of the method are verified by data from literature. The method not only provides a new application field for soft set theory, but also provides new idea for the research of technological innovation.
