摘要
随着城市的快速发展,地铁车站周边开发的建筑越来越多,周边建筑施工对地铁车站将产生不可避免的不利影响。本文结合某大型建筑深基坑工程的设计、施工及监测数据,通过有限元计算,分析基坑开挖施工力学特征,研究基坑施工对临近地铁车站的变形影响。研究发现,基坑采用合理的地下连续墙、钻孔灌注桩等围护体系、适当的被动区加固方式、科学的分基坑开挖施工组织等措施,可以保证基坑开挖施工对临近车站的影响在可控制、可接受的范围内,为软土地区类似基坑的设计、施工提供参考经验。
With the rapid urban development, building operations around metro stations have being increased, which exerts ineluctable adverse influ- ence to adjacent metro stations. Based on the case of a large deep foundation pit excavation, this work analyzed the influence of excavation on adjacent op- erational metro stations, and studied the mechanical characteristics of metro stations during excavation through finite element analysis to describe the deformation effect on adjacent metro stations. The research shows that reasonable underground diaphragm wall, bored pile retaining system, passive zone re- inforcement, interval foundation pit excavation construction organization and other construction measures can limit the influence of excavation on adjacent metro stations in a controllable and acceptable range, which provides reference experience for similar foundation pit excavations in soft soil area.
