摘要
表面涂层技术是一门非常重要的表面工程技术,可广泛应用于多种材质制备的零件表面增强和修复。概述了感应熔覆技术、激光熔覆技术、热喷涂技术、电镀技术、气相沉积技术和表面黏涂技术六大主要表面涂层技术,并对各类技术的主要类别和近年来的研究成果进行了综述。
Surface coating technology is a very important surface engineering technology, which can be widely used in enhancing and repairing the surface of components manufactured by different materials. Six main surface coating technologies were introduced, such as induction cladding, laser cladding, thermal spraying, electroplating, vapor deposition and surface glue coating. Themain classifications for the technologies and the research achievements in recent years were reviewed.
