Comparison of Thermal Properties of Graphite/Copper Composite

摘要 采用天然鳞片石墨粉、镀铜鳞片石墨粉和铜粉为原料,利用真空热压法烧结制备石墨/铜导热复合材料,对比了不同石墨粉制成的该复合材料的致密度、热导率和热膨胀系数。结果表明:相同体积分数石墨的复合材料,镀铜鳞片石墨粉热压制成的复合材料热学性能优于天然鳞片石墨粉压制的复合材料。当石墨体积分数为85%时,用镀铜鳞片石墨粉制成的复合材料的热导率为520 W/m·K,热膨胀系数为1.74 ppm/K。 Taking natural flake graphite powder, copper coated flakes graphite powder and copper powder as raw material, graphite/copper composite was fabricated by vacuum hot-pressing. The relative density, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of the composite prepared with different graphites were compared. The results show that under the graphite/copper composites with same volume fraction of graphite, the composite prepared with the copper coated flake graphite has better thermal properties than the composite prepared with natural flake graphite powder. When the volume fraction of graphite is 85%, the composite prepared with the copper coated flake graphite has a thermal conductivity of 520W/m·K, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 1.74 ppm/K.
