摘要
研究了淬火介质、搅拌方式、淬火温度等因素对45钢淬火性能的影响,得出了合理的水溶性淬火介质工艺参数。结果表明,对于45钢材质,使用合适的水溶性淬火液可达到与盐水相当的淬火效果,且能大幅降低淬火畸变量,同时具有短期内较好的防锈性能;搅拌方式对淬火效果影响尤为显著,采用导流搅拌淬火效果最好,硬度最为均匀、淬硬层较深且无软点存在;使用合适浓度的淬火液进行淬火,可以使45钢淬火温度降低(与正常的淬火温度相比)20~40℃仍能获得较高的淬后硬度和淬火均匀度。
The influences of the quenching medium, the stirring method and quenching temperature on quenching performance of 45 steel were studied. Reasonable process parameters of water soluble quenching medium were obtained. The results show that for 45 steel, using suitable water soluble quenchant can achieve equivalent quenching effect of saline water, can significantly reduce the quenching distortion, and has good anti-rust performance for short term; the effect of sfining method on quenching effect is particularly significant; using diversion stirring, quenching effect is the best, hardness is the most uniform, the hardened layer is deep and there is no soft spot; using suitable concentration of quenching liquid, quenching can make the quenching temperature of 45 steel reduce by 20-40℃ (compared with normal quenching temperature), and higher quenched hardness and uniformity of quenching can be still obtained.
