摘要
由于铝合金具有密度小、比强高、耐腐蚀性能好等优点,使其成为高速铁路客车和重载货车轻量化的一种主要材料。铝合金焊接技术的快速发展使其在列车车体上的应用不断增加。疲劳失效是焊接结构的主要失效形式。本文对高速列车车身使用铝合金的优点、铝合金的焊接性和焊接接头的疲劳性特点等进行了综述,并展望了铝合金未来的研究方向。
As Aluminum alloy has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, good corrosion resistance and so on, it has become a main material for lightweight of high speed railway passenger trains and heavy duty trucks. The rapid development of the welding technology of aluminum alloy makes its application in the train body increasing. Fatigue failure is a main failure mode of welded structure. The advantages of using aluminum alloy for high speed train body, the welding property of aluminum alloy and the fatigue property of welded joint were reviewed. And the future research direction of aluminum alloy was prospected.
