连铸板坯矫直过程表面温度和应力数值模拟

摘要 通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件研究了直角坯和倒角坯在矫直过程中表面温度和应力的分布情况,分析了角部形状对铸坯的拉坯方向应力分布的影响。结果表明,倒角坯可以显著提高角部温度,使温度分布更加均匀。在矫直过程中,沿拉坯方向直角坯角部附近应力一直处于相对较高状态。倒角坯可以减小角部应力大小,缩小高应力区域面积,有利于避免角横裂的产生。 The temperature and stress distribution on the surface of rectangle slab and chamfered slab during straightening process was studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software, and the effects of the comer shape on the stress distribution of slab surface along the casting direction were analyzed. The results show that the chamfered slab can significantly improve the comer temperature, and make the temperature distribution more uniform. During straightening process, the stress near the rectangular billet comer along the casting direction is relatively high. The chamfered slab can reduce the comer stress and decrease the high stress area, which is advantageous to avoid the generation of transverse comer crack.
