球墨铸管薄壁件消失模涂料的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以高铝粉为耐火骨料,以苯丙乳液作为常温粘结剂,磷酸二氢铝作为高温粘结剂,以海泡石和CMC作为悬浮剂,制备了一种适用于薄壁铸件的水基消失模涂料,并应用于全盘三通管件的消失模生产中。结果表明,涂料厚度为0.4~0.6 mm,可以明显提高铸件的表面质量。该涂料适应于球铁管件DN40~DN500的铸造。 Taking the high aluminium powder as refi'actory aggregate, the styrehe-acrylate emulsion as room temperature agglomerant, the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as high temperature agglomerant, the sepiolite and CMC as suspending agent, a water based EPC coating for thin-walled nodular cast iron pipes was prepared, and it was applied to the EPC production of the tee. The results show that it can obviously improve the surface quality of the casting when the coating thickness is 0.4-0.6 mm. The coating is suitable for the casting of DN40 - DN500 nodular cast iron pipes.
