摘要
以AZ31和AZ80两种镁合金汽车轻量化材料为研究对象,用不同工艺进行了锻造,并进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与常规锻造相比,等向锻造能提高材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能;等向锻造的AZ31镁合金屈服强度增加46 MPa,腐蚀电位正移215 mV;等向锻造AZ80镁合金的屈服强度增加96 MPa,腐蚀电位正移237 mV。锻造工艺选为等向锻造。
Taking two kinds of automotive lightweight materials (AZ31 and AZ80 magnesium alloy) as the research object, they were forged by different processes. And the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with conventional forging, isotropic forging can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the materials; the yield strengths of AZ31 and AZ80 magnesium alloy of isotropic forging increase by 47 MPa and 96 MPa, respectively. And the corrosion potentials change to the positive by 215 mV and 237 mV, respectively. The forging process is selected as isotropic forging.
