摘要
基于Auto Form软件对前罩内板的成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了板材屈服强度对其成形、减薄率分布、塑性变形量及主次应变的影响。结果表明,随着屈服强度的增加,前罩内板的减薄率、塑性变形量及主次应变逐渐增大,尤其是主应变增大更为明显,导致成形破裂的风险增大。
The forming process of the front hood inner panel was simulated based on the AutoForm software. The effects of yield strength on its forming and thinning rate distribution, plastic deformation, major strain and minor strain were studied. The results indicate that with the increase of yield strength, the thinning rate, the plastic deformation and the major strain and minor strain of the front hood inner panel increase gradually, especially, the increase of the main strain is more obvious, which leads to the increase of the risk of forming rupture.
