摘要
通过成形性能、抗拉强度、硬度及金相组织分析,对C18150铬锆铜大电流弹簧触指的焊接及时效处理工艺参数进行了研究。试验结果表明:铜丝直径Ф1.5的铬锆铜弹簧触指的最佳焊接工艺为电流135~140 A、起弧时间115~125 ms。合理的时效处理工艺((410~420)℃×120min)可使焊接接头的抗拉强度由母材的50%提高到90%左右,并可以保证弹簧触指的尺寸精度,满足弹簧触指的使用要求。
The process parameters of welding and aging treatment of C18150 Cr-Zr-Cu alloy large current screw-contact were studied by analysis of forming properties, tensile strength, hardness and microstructure. The results show that the best welding parameters of Cr-Zr-Cu screw-contact with thl.5 mm wire are the current of 135-140 A, arcing time of 115-125 ms. The reasonable aging process ((410-420) ℃×120 min) makes the tensile strength of welded joint increase from 50% of base metal to about 90%. It ensures the dimensional accuracy of screw-contact to meet the requirements.
