奥氏体耐热不锈钢S30815的焊接工艺研究

摘要 S30815钢是具有优异的高温抗氧化性、高温强度及高温耐腐蚀性的奥氏体耐热不锈钢。通过分析其化学成分和组织,发现其焊接性能较好,热裂纹敏感性不大。选择国产CHS102Si N焊条进行焊接工艺试验,所获得接头的力学性能符合技术要求,证明其焊接工艺是可行的。 S30815 steel is austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel which has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, high temperature strength and high temperature corrosion resistance. Through the analysis of the chemical composition and microstructure, it is found that its weldability is good and the hot cracking sensitivity is small. The welding process tests were carried out by using domestic CHS102SiN electrode, and the mechanical properties of the joints met the technical requirements, which proved that the welding process was feasible.
