摘要
为探究科研人员数据素养对科研绩效的影响,从数据意识、数据获取能力、处理能力、分析利用能力及数据伦理5个维度构建科研人员数据素养测评量表,从论文、发明、专利、项目、科研获奖的数量和质量5个维度来衡量科研绩效,并构建了数据素养对科研绩效的影响模型。运用SPSS 21.0软件并采用Cronbach’sα系数来检验量表的内部一致性,结果显示量表具有良好的信度和效度,数据获取能力、数据分析利用能力、数据伦理正向影响科研绩效,数据意识与数据处理能力对科研绩效影响不显著。
In order to explore the influence of data literacy on scientific research performance, this paper designs a data literacy evaluation scale from dimensions of data awareness, data acquisition ability, processing capacity, analysis and utilization ability and data ethics. The paper measures the performance of scientific research from the number and quality of research papers, inventions, patents, research projects and scientific research awards, and constructs the influence model of data literacy on research performance. Through the test of Cronbach ' sct coefficient, results show that the scale has good reliability and validity. Data acquisition ability, data analysis and utilization ability, and data ethics positively affect the scientific research performance, while data awareness and data processing ability have no significant effect on the scientific research performance.
