大数据环境情报研究平台发展现状与思考

Current Situation and Some Thinking of Information Research Platform Development in Big Data Environment

从对大数据的概念、特点和大数据环境给情报工作带来的机遇入手,总结传统情报研究工作的流程与内容,对比大数据环境的工作流程与内容,综述国内外基于大数据环境构建情报研究工作平台的内容和框架。针对情报工作的特点,提出了包括两个数据采集平台、5个主体子系统和两个辅助子系统的情报研究工作平台,以为在大数据环境下做好情报研究工作提供参考与启发。

Starting with the concept and characteristics of big data, as well as the opportunities that big data environment provides for information work, this paper summarizes the working process and content of traditional information research, compares it with information research in big data environment and reviews the content and framework for constructing information research working platform in big data environment at home and abroad. With regards to the characteristics of information work, the paper proposes an information research platform including two data collecting platforms, five main sub-systems and two assisting systems. The paper tries to provide references and inspirations for information research in big data environment.
