摘要
为控制汽车面板等超低碳钢由凝固钩所引起的表面夹杂缺陷,须研究结晶器弯月面熔融保护渣与初生凝固坯壳间的润湿性问题,提出了一种用高温激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)测定熔渣在钢上的铺展面积,计算熔渣在钢基底上接触角的方法。结果表明,通过与座滴法、文献测定对比,CLSM法能准确的测算熔渣与固态钢之间的接触角,偏差在0°~2°;为克服钢样表面粗糙度对测试精度的影响,CLSM法测试用渣质量须大于2.00mg;随着温度升高,渣钢接触角减小,润湿性增强。
In order to minimize surface inclusions defects caused by subsurface hooks for ultra-low carbon steel slabs,wettability of initial solidified shell by molten mold fluxes near the meniscus has been researched. This paper proposes a new method which measures the spreading area of slag on solid steel by using the confocal laser scanning microscope (CSLM) and then calculates the contact angle. By comparing of measured contact angle between CLSM method, seat drop method and other researches,the result indicates that CLSM method can accurately measure contact angle between solid steel and molten slag, and the deviation value is in the range of 0°~2°. Moreover, it is found that the mass range of experiment slag in CLSM method should be more than 2.00 mg for eliminating the effects of surface roughness. In addition, the contact angle decreases and the corresponding wettability increases with the increasing of temperature.
