摘要
近年来,对社会科学研究进行非学术影响评估已成为一个明显的趋势。非学术影响是指研究对学术以外的,社会经济文化等方面的影响。与其他科学研究相比,社会科学研究对于非学术影响一贯有着更多的追求。20世纪末以来,社会科学研究非学术影响评估的兴起受整个评估标准多元化的影响,也受科研评估整体转向的影响,同时,知识运用研究为这一评估提供了理论和研究基础,而循证政策思潮则为这一评估提供了外部刺激。非学术影响评估将对社会科学研究本身产生深刻的影响,如何以适当的方式进行评价,将是评估中需认真探讨的问题。
In recent years, the assessment of the non-academic impact of social science research has become a clear trend. Non-academic impact refers to the impact of research on societal, economic and cultural aspects. Compared with other scientific research, social science research has always pursued more non-academic impact. The assessment of this impact emerged in the end of the 20th century, which was influenced by the diversification of the whole evaluation criteria, triggered by the overall shift of the scientific research, and fueled by the rise of knowledge utilization research area and evi- dence-based policy movement. Non-academic impact assessment will have a profound influence on social science research itself, and how to evaluate it in an appropriate manner will be a question that needs to be carefully explored.
