依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的探讨依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法 120例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后心功能改善总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭可以明显改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic congestiveheart failure were divided by different treatment measures into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received additional combination of enalapril and metoprolol to therapy in the control group. Clinical effects were observed in the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate of cardiac function improvement after treatment as 83.33% than 65.00% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end diastolic dimension （LVEDD） and left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESD） before treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The difference of LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD before and after treatment in the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference of LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of enalapril and metoprolol in treating chronic congestive heart failure can remarkably improve cardiac function in patients, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
