厄贝沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片治疗58例老年性高血压的疗效评价

Evaluation on curative effect of irbesartan capsules combined with amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets in the treatment of 58 cases of senile hypertension

目的评价厄贝沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片治疗老年性高血压的疗效。方法 116例老年性高血压患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组给予厄贝沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及血压情况。结果观察组总有效率84.48%高于对照组65.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.563,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片治疗老年性高血压疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of irbesartan capsules combined with amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 116 senile hypertension patients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received irbesartan capsules for treatment, and the observation group received irbesartan capsules combined with amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical curative effect and blood pressure situation in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 84.48% than 65.52% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （X 2=5.563, P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure （P〉0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment, both groups had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combination of irbesartan capsules and anflodipine besylate dispersible tablets shows significant curative effect in the treatment of senile hypertension.
