莫沙必利联合金双歧治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效观察及护理体会

Observation of curative effect and nursing experience of mosapride combined with golden bifid in the treatment constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的探讨胃肠动力药莫沙必利分散片与微生态制剂双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(金双歧)联合治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效及护理方法。方法 58例便秘型IBS患者随机分为联合治疗组(31例)和对照组(27例)。联合治疗组给予莫沙必利分散片联合金双歧口服,对照组给予莫沙必利分散片联合谷维素片口服,两组均配合积极合理的护理措施,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,联合治疗组总有效率为87.10%,明显高于对照组的62.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中随访观察,未见不良反应,治疗后复查血、尿常规及肝肾功未见异常。两组患者均按照要求及疗程服药,依从性较好。联合治疗组患者满意度为90.32%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合金双歧治疗便秘型IBS能明显改善便秘症状,同时予以积极合理的护理措施有助于促进病情好转,提高患者治疗依从性及满意度,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and nursing method of mosapride dispersible tablets as gastrointestinal exeitomotor and hifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets as microecologics （golden bifid） in combined treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods A total of 58 patients with constipation-predominant IBS were randomly divided into combined treatment group （31 cases） and control group （27 eases）. The combined treatment group received oral administration of mosapride dispersible tablets combined with golden bifid, and the control group received oral administration of mosapride dispersible tablets combined with oryzanol tablets. Both groups received active and rational nursing measures. Comparison was made on curative effects between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the combined treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate as 87.10% than 62.96% in the control group, and their difference bad statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Follow-up after treatment in the two groups showed no case with adverse reactions. Reexamination after treatment showed no abnormality in blood routine, urine routine and liver function. Both groups had medication in accordance with requirement and course, with good compliance. The combined treatment group had obviously higher satisfaction degree as 90.32% than 66.67% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of mosapride and golden bifid in treating constipation-predominant IBS can remarkably improve constipation symptom. Implement of active and rational nursing measures can accelerate disease recovery, increase treatment compliance and satisfaction degree in patients, and improve their quality of life.
