摘要
目的了解兰州市农药中毒现状,为制定控制农药中毒措施提供科学依据。方法通过兰州市职业病预防控制直报信息系统,选取兰州市2006-2014年农药中毒报告卡数据导入Excel表建立数据库,用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2006-2014年兰州市共报告农药中毒病例389例,病死率为6.2%,以非生产性农药中毒为主(93.6%),呈波动上升趋势。生产性和非生产性农药中毒均以女性为主,年龄分别主要分布于25~54岁(80.0%)和35~44岁(26.1%)。榆中县是农药中毒的主要区域(78.4%),第3季度是农药中毒的高峰时期(32.1%)。引起农药中毒的大部分是杀虫剂(64.8%),其中又以有机磷农药中毒为主(83.3%)。结论兰州市农药中毒以非生产性农药中毒为主,应积极采取综合防治措施。
Objective To understand the status of pesticide poisoning and provide criteria for prevention and control measures in Lanzhou City. Methods Data on pesticide poisoning during 2006-2014 were selected from Lanzhou information system for occupational diseases control and prevention. Excel was used to establish a database, and SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data. Results From 2006 to 2014, a total of 389 cases of pesticide poisoning occurred, and the fatality rate was 6.2 %. Nonproductive pesticide poisoning was dominant with a proportion of 93.6%. The pesticide poisoning appeared rising trend in fluctuation. Females were dominant both in nonproductive pesticide poisoning and productive pesticide poisoning. As to the age, the cases aged 25-54 years old were 80.0% among productive pesticide poisoning, and that 35-44 years old were 26.1M among nonproductive pesticide poisoning. Cases mostly occurred in Yuzhong County(78.4%)and in the third quarter(32. 1 %)of a year. Insecticides were the main toxicant accounting for 64.8%, of which the primary was organ phosphorus pesticides with a ratio of 83.3%. Conclusions Pesticide poisoning is serious in Lanzhou City, and the nonproductive pesticide poisoning was dominant. Comprehensive control measures should be adopted in order to reduce the occurrence of pesticide poisoning.
