Research on Source Coding Multiplexing System Based on AVS+ Standard for Terrestrial Digital TV Front-end

湖南广播电视台建成的基于AVS+标准的地面数字电视前端信源编码复用系统是国内功能全面、性能领先的国标示范性系统,担负着湖南省内14个地州市4000多万人口的公益覆盖任务。本文从技术角度阐述湖南广播电视台AVS+地面数字电视前端系统的设计、构建与研究历程,希望可以给业内同行以借鉴和参考。

On July 10, 2012. the state general administration of press and publication, radio and television officially issued the advanced radio and television audio and video codec Part I： video industry standards （GY/T 257.1 2012）. referred to AVS ＋.No. 113 document issued in December, that is the digital television terrestrial broadcasting network development planning. Since then, according to the relevant policy documents. combining with development requirements of the existing business planning, we have been exploring the practical application of the AVS ＋ standard industrialization more than four years. At present, the source coding multiplexing system with comprehensive functions based on AVS ＋ standard has become a demonstration system of national standard. It covers 14 cities and more than 40 million people in Hunan province. This paper states a technical design ofAVS ＋ terrestrial digital TV front-end system, and it is a reference to industry peers.
