摘要
将结晶性树脂加入到不饱和聚酯树脂体系中,观察其在体系中的相转变行为及体系本身的固化行为。通过光学流变显微镜、DSC、树脂固化仪及扫描电镜研究了结晶树脂在不饱和树脂体系中的相转变规律,体系的固化速率、固化度、凝胶时间及不饱和聚酯树脂制品的分散性,结果表明:结晶性树脂在不饱和树脂体系中分两步进行相转变;结晶性树脂降低了体系的固化速率,但对体系最终的固化度影响不大;同时,结晶性树脂还降低了体系黏度并延长了凝胶时间,使得不饱和聚酯树脂产品具有更好的分散性。
The phase transition behavior of a synthetic crystalline resin and the curing behavior of an unsaturated resin system were observed after mixing the two components. The phase transition of the crystalline resin, the curing rate, curing degree, gelation time and dispersion of the unsaturated polyester resin products were studied by optical rheological microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, resin curing monitoring and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the crystalline resin undergoes two phase transformations in the unsaturated resin system. Addition of the crystalline resin reduces the curing rate, but has little effect on the final degree of curing of the system. Addition of the crystalline resin also reduces the viscosity of the system and prolongs the gelation time, and as a result the unsaturated polyester resin products have better dispersion.
