摘要
基于索氏提取法,建立了一种可直观、定量地表征硅橡胶功能涂层交联度的新方法,并通过傅里叶红外光谱法对索氏提取法的可靠性进行了验证。采用此方法,结合功能涂层中硅橡胶树脂微观结构、固化性能的分析,初步建立了硅橡胶功能涂层催化剂浓度与交联度的关联关系。最后,采用统计力学的方法对硅橡胶功能涂层临界交联度进行了计算,依据测定的交联度定量地研究了硅橡胶功能涂层的固化程度。
Since the cross-linking degree is a basic factor affecting the properties of functional silicone rubber coat- ings, it is important to be able to characterize it directly and quantitatively. We have devised a new method based on Soxhlet extraction to characterize the cross-linking degree of functional silicone rubber coatings directly and quantitatively. Subsequently, we confirmed the accuracy of the characterization using Soxhlet extraction by means of Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy ( IR). By combining studies of the microstructure and curing properties of functional silicone rubber coatings, we derived the relationship between the cross-linking degree of the functional silicone rubber coating and the concentration of Pt catalyst employed. Finally, we discuss the curing degree of functional silicone rubber coating in quantitative terms by calculating the critical cross-linking degree of the functional silicone rubber coating using statistical mechanics.
