渤海区块大位移侧钻小井眼完井工艺优化设计及安全性评估 被引量:4

Design of Well Completion Process Optimization and Safety Assessment of Large Displacement Lateral Drilling Well of Slim Hole in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 针对渤海某油田疏松稠油砂岩的地质结构,进行了小井眼侧钻井完井施工。选用3.5in*大孔径射孔器,对完井工艺进行优化设计,并通过管柱动态力学分析软件对管柱安全性进行评估。利用定向工程软件对管柱校深进行模拟,以及利用射孔优化软件对射孔后套管强度进行分析。该技术成功解决小井眼疏松稠油砂岩压裂充填完井中的射孔技术难题,有效降低近井带的压降和相同产量时的生产压差,施工过程安全可靠,达到了稳产控砂的目的。 According to the geological structure of Bohai oilfield in unconsolidated sandstone with viscous oil, slim hole lateral drilling wells are completed. 3.5 in large diameter perforator is selected to optimize the design of well completion technology, and the colonnade security is evaluated by software of column dynamic mechanical analysis, while using the directional engineering software to simulate the column depth correction, and perforation optimization software for casing strength is used after perforation analysis. The results show that the slim hole perforation technology in unconsolidated heavy oil sandstone fracture filling in completions is solved successfully. At the same time, the pressure drop in the near wellbore area is reduced effectively and pressure difference in the same yield production. Construction process is safety and reliable, and this technology achieves the purpose of insand control stability.
