五边形中空管电极电火花加工颗粒增强铝基复合材料的研究及参数优化实验 被引量:1

Experimental Study and Parameters Optimization of Particle Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites of Electrical Discharge Machining by Polygon Hollow Tube Electrode

摘要 针对电火花加工颗粒增强铝基复合材料(AMCs),对五边形管电极和圆形管电极做了单因素对比实验,分别讨论电流、占空比、主轴转速、脉宽对其材料去除率的影响,并采用响应曲面法模拟五边形管电极的加工规律曲面。实验结果表明,五边形管电极在不同参数下的材料去除率都优于圆形管电极,最后由响应曲面法得出在峰值电流为15 A,占空比为0.71,主轴转速为1 022.10 r/min,冲液压力为0.53 MPa时,五边形管电极对颗粒增强铝基复合材料的材料去除率最大值为234.213 mm^3/min。 Concerning machining particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites(AMCs), single factor comparison experiments are carried out between the pentagon hollow tube electrode and the circular hollow tube electrode, which respectively studies the influences of current, duty cycle, machining rotation speed and pulse width on the Material Removal Rate(MRR). This experiment also adopts Response Surface Method (RSM) to imitate the machining principle surface of the pentagon hollow tube electrode. The experimental results show that the Material Removal Rate (MRR) of the pentagon hollow tube electrode is better than the circular hollow tube electrode under any parameters. Besides, according to the Response Surface Method (RSM), the maximum Material Removal Rate (MRR) of machining AMCs of the pentagon hollow tube electrode is 234.213 mm3/min when the optimum combination of parameters that the peak current (15 A), the duty (0.71), machining rotation speed (1 022.10 r/min) and flushing pressure (0.53 MPa) is exerted.
