摘要 加气混凝土砌块是目前推广的绿色建材,但生产品质的稳定性不高制约了其发展。配料搅拌是加气混凝土砌块生产的重要环节,配料的科学性、称重的准确性十分关键。本设计采用S7-1200PLC和精简HMI组合,结合模糊控制算法,保证了原材料的优质配方的可靠使用,又为原料变更下的更改配方数据留有预案。模糊控制下的变频器多段速加料,能够在原料重量分布不均的加料环境下,保证加料的速度和精度。 Aerated concrete block is the promotion of green building materials, but the stability of the production quality restricts its development. Mixinging redientsis an important process in production of aerated concrete block, the scientificity of ingredients and accuracy of weighing is critical. The S7-1200 PLC and HMI were used in this design, which combined with fuzzy control algorithm, the quality of the raw material reliable formula was ensured, and the formuladata was prepared as a raw material formula change.The frequency converter charging by multistage fuzzy control can ensure that the feeding speed and precision at uneven weighing.
