摘要
为了提高风能利用率,以及压缩空气储能系统自动化水平。以先进绝热压缩空气储能(AA-CAES)系统中储气室内温度和压力为控制对象,利用西门子公司的S7-200系列PLC设计了一种以PLC为核心的控制系统。根据系统控制要求,绘制PLC硬件接线图,通过控制气动元件来维持储气室内温度和压力恒定。通过分析各个部分的功能及系统工作流程,利用STEP7-Micro/WIN编写PLC程序,最后验证了所设计控制策略的可行性,希望为提高风电压缩储能技术自动化水平提供参考与借鉴。
In order to improve the utilization rate of wind power and automation level of compressed air energy storage system.Based on the temperature and pressure in the storage room by the system of advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage (AA - CAES) as a control object.Using the Siemens S7-200 series PLC to design a control system which put PLC as the core.Draw the PLC hardware wiring diagram based on the system control requirements.By controlling the pneumatic components to maintain gas indoor temperature and pressure constant.Using STEP7-Micro/WIN to write PLC program after analysis of the function of each part and workflow system. At last verify the feasibility of the designed control strategy, in hope to provide the reference to improve the wind power compression energy storage technology automation level.
