摘要 介绍了以S7-200 PLC为核心,建立基于多参数变送器和Visual C++的风量采集和监控系统。主要研究了Visual C++与PLC的通用通讯协议,通过使用PRODAVE工具箱的函数实现了上位机与PLC的直接串行通信。在集防区的风量监控系统应用中,该通讯方法可以将滤毒通风装置的实时风量快速传输到上位机。实践证明,该系统硬件设计简单、成本低、实时性好、数据传输和系统运行稳定,适合在集防区建压过程中应用。 The air volume acquisition and monitoring system is introduced based on multi-parameter transmitter and Visual C++. The main research is the Visual C++ and the PLC general communication protocol. By using PRODAVE toolbox function to realize the direct serial communication of PC and PLC. In the air monitoring system of CPS, the communication method can rapidly transmit real-time air volume of filter ventilation device to the PC. Experimental results show that this system is characteristics of simple hardware design, low cost, good real time, transmission and running stability. It's suitable for application in the building process of CPS.
