摘要
无刷电机驱动控制系统将电网电能逆变成驱动电机的电能,此类系统中存在很多电源和接地问题,针对这些问题研究了进行相应的隔离和绝缘设计的准则和方法。影响隔离设计的关键因素包括电压、时间、环境、材料、功率等要素。根据无刷电机控制器的结构特点研究了各接口的设计方法。设计者应明确隔离的目标和作用,综合考虑安全规范、电路性能、系统功率等选择合适的隔离类型和位置。
Brushless motor control system transfered energy from electric power network to the brushless DC motor.Many problems of power supply and grounding were existed in this system. To solve the problem some design guide lines of isolation and insulation were discussed.The key factors which affected most were voltage, time, material and power watts.The design of the interfaces of the brushless motor controler was also discussed.Designers should understand the aim and effect of electric isolation design, and accord to the requirement of safety norms, circuit capacity, system power watts, then choose the right isolation types in the right place.
