剖析某型号传动总成故障机理

摘要 某型号传动总成在外场工作一段时间后出现异常响动,经使用打开机箱检查,主动齿轮齿面磨合印痕不正常,被动齿轮的小齿端有异常掉块。经返回公司分解后,从宏观、微观上检查,对零件逐层分析。分析原因为主动齿轮工作时发生了向前的轴向串动,导致被动齿轮的齿小端发生粘结、挤压剥落掉块现象。故障形成的主要机理是:在前轴承座固定螺栓未安装到位的情况下,前轴承座与前轴承内环随着主动齿轮旋转而转动,导致主动齿轮产生轴向移动。 The abnormal sound of a certain type of transmission assembly was found after working some times. The customer found abnormal contact patter on driving gear and cave on driven gear after inspection. We inspected by method of macroscopic and microscopic examination, analyzed from part to part. The reasons are movement along axial direction during gears' working. The movement led to gear tooth adhesive, extrusion to peeling material on the small end of the driven gear. The main cause of fault is the driving gear's movement along axial direction because of rotating of the front bearing seat and it's inner ring when fixing bolts were not installed in right place.
