为解决城市轨道交通车辆直线电机下沉时列车救援难题,需研制一种适合于地铁直线电机下沉救援起升的工装。通过对工装的需求分析,结构强度设计,研制出救援专用的工装,经过多次试用,工装满足直线电机下沉时救援要求,达到预期效果。

In order to solve the linear motor vehicle in urban rail transit train during the rescue , developed a device apply to linear motor for urban rail transit vehicles when linear motor sinking needs to lift up. Through analyzing the demand of the tooling , structural strength design, make the special jig for the rescue, test many times, the jig meets the requirements of linear motor sinking needing to rescue. It achieves the desired results.
