奶水牛精原干细胞异种移植进展

摘要 中国是水牛数量居第二位的国家,与牛相比,水牛的基因改造尤其是遗传进展更依赖于新兴动物繁殖生物技术,特别是在干细胞领域,其中精原干细胞介导的转基因技术为水牛的遗传改良带来了广阔的发展空间,而精原干细胞移植是检测精原干细胞功能活性的一项重要技术手段。本文对畜禽精原干细胞移植进行了综述,特别对近几年奶水牛精原干细胞方面的研究进行了重点介绍。尽管跨物种的精原干细胞移植没有提供直接的实际应用,但是它是对分离得到的生殖细胞进行干细胞潜能评定的唯一生物模型,同时有利于探索雄性生殖系干细胞和睾丸生物学功能,以及雄性不育的潜在原因。 Chinese ranks second in the number of buffalo worldwide, Comparing with cattle, genetic modification especially genetic progress in buffalo is more dependent on the emerging animal reproduction biotechnology, especially in the field of stein cells. In which, spermatogonial stem cell mediated transgenic technology brought a broad space for genetic improvement of buffalo, and stem cell transplantation is an important technical means to detect the activity of spermatogonial stem cell function. This paper introduces the spermatogonial stem cell transplantation in livestock, emphasizing spermatogonial stem cell research in dairy bufthlo in recent years. Although cross species spermatogonial stem cell transplantation provides no direct practical application, it is still the only biological model evaluation of stem cell potential for the isolated germ cells. It is also conducive to the exploration of male germline stem cells and testicular function, as well as the potential causes of male infertility.
