我国液态奶产业现状与建议

液态奶是我国主要乳制品,液态奶产业对促进国民健康、农业产业化升级和城乡与区域协调发展等具有重要意义。经过多年的发展,我国液态奶产业在生产规模、消费结构、产品质量与安全和企业竞争力方面都有了较大的发展和提高。但是目前存在原料奶质量不高、人均消费水平较低、产业区域格局不合理、特殊需要产品比例和国产化技术装备水平较低等问题。为促进我国液态奶产业发展,需进一步提升原料奶的质量和生产水平,发挥地区优势,合理布局液态奶产业,大力推进冷链条件建设,加大科技投入和自主创新力度,增强产业化经营水平。

In China, liquid milk is the main dairy products in the current and future.It is significant to develop liquid milk industry, since it can promote a healthy body, the upgrading of agricultural development, the urban and rural overall development. After years of development,the production scale, consumption structure, the quality and safety of liquid milk industry have been improved. Howver, the quality of raw milk, per-capita spending, the region structure and specialized milk products have some shortcomings. To further develop liquid milk industry, and thus entry into the advanced world level, it is necessary to improve the safety and quality of raw milk, make a full use of regional advantages, propose reasonable industrial distribution, promote the cold chain logistics, increase investment in science and technology and the level of industrialization of managing.
