摘要 水灾一直是大连市防汛抗旱的重要工作内容之一,以"三维GIS开发为主、辅以二维同步导航建设"为理念,采用二维三维联动、瓦片、实时数据抓取等多种技术,实现工情、气象、灾情等信息的综合集成与Web发布,为防汛管理提供信息服务与决策支持。 Flood has been one of the important work contents of flood control and drought relief in Dalian. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage, tiles, real-time data acquisition and many other technologies are adopted for realizing comprehensive integration and Web publishing of engineering condition, meteorology, disaster information and other information according to the concept of ' being based on three-dimensional GIS development and supplemented by twodimensional synchronous navigation construction'. Information services and decision-making support are provided for flood control management.
